Consistency
For this new beginning we wanted to bring consistency to the brand, making it instantly recognizable for Amsterdammers and reinforcing their reputation. We choose to tone-down the colour palette to 5 mains colors and a modern and digital illustration style. By defining a strict illustration style we force ourselves to go deeper instead of wider, exploring all the possibilities such as typography play, egg shaped business cards or using half tone textures instead of gradients. It allowed us to play more, bringing the fun of New Zealand and Brazil to Amsterdam!
