ZeeLandToren

Our studio was asked to develop and visualize the design concept of ZeeLandToren, the iconic highest residential tower in Zeeland, in the form of a coffee table book.

The purpose of the publication is to showcase the luxurious amenities/facilities of the ZeeLandToren, including: 157 apartments, the 24/7 ZLT shop, ZLT restaurant and terrace, and the 360o restaurant with a panoramic view over the Western Scheldt , Walcheren, Vlissingen and the North Sea.

Through layout design, illustrations and visual elements, we wanted to elevate the concept to a higher level.
